By booking a service with MODmark, you agree to the following:

Payment: All booking fees are non-refundable. Final payments are due before delivery of files.

Communication: Client communication is expected to remain professional and timely.

Ownership: Final designs are released once payment is complete. MODmark retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

For physical or digital products sold through MODmark:

No Returns/Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of instant downloads, all digital sales are final. Find full retail and refund policies here.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee: Your consult is secured once payment is received. Fees are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled in advance.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consult once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations will require rebooking.

Punctuality: Please be on time! If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your consult may be shortened or forfeited.

Deliverables: Consults are designed to map out your brand direction. No design work or files are delivered during the consult itself. In addition to. no work begins until first invoice (not the consultation fee) is paid.
